Expertise

Originally licensed in 1996, Lori, the broker for Smart Choice Realty Corp, began her real estate career in the Tampa/Pinellas County Florida area working with one of the larger brokers in the area with home buyers as her primary focus. Lori and her family relocated to the High Springs area in 2004 and began working with a nationally franchised real estate brokerage. There she began working with both buyers and sellers and because of her experiences, decided to branch out on my own to be able to offer choices that she felt both buyers and sellers deserved. So, in the fall of 2005, she opened her own real estate brokerage. A menu of services is offered ranging from multiple listing entry-service-only to full service, property management, foreclosures and referral services. Her staff of licensed professionals are expertly trained to assist buyers in today's rapidly changing market.
