Prudential Network Realty was founded in 1988 by Linda H. Sherrer, President and CEO and Thomas F. Petway, III, Chairman. In January of 1994, Ms. Sherrer and Mr. Petway were joined by W.A. McGriff, III and E. Bruce Bower. Prudential Network Realty has seven branch offices in Northeast Florida with nearly 200 sales associates. Florida Trend Magazine recently named The Prudential Network Realty the eleventh largest real estate company in the State of Florida with sales in our seventh year of operation totaling over 1/4 of a billion dollars.
