In 1996, Coldwell Banker was acquired by HFS, Inc., the world's largest franchiser of hotels and residential real estate brokerage offices. For more than 20 years, Coldwell Banker has been serving the South Florida market. Headquartered in Weston, there are a total of 57 offices and more than 2,000 sales associates through Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.
