Specialization includes the homes and condos in the coastal communities. Joe Balistreri, Sr. moved the family here in 1963 from Milwaukee, WI in search of the sunshine and "Old Florida" lifestyle. Today's owners, his two sons Jim and Joe, were only 1 and 7 years old. You could say they grew with the business and the neighborhood. In 1964, when Balistreri's first sale was completed, this area was almost completely undeveloped. Joe, Sr. was instrumental in the development and sales of Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Bay Colony and many other areas. Jim and Joe Balistreri have been the Broker-Owners since 1992 when their father decided to retire to the golf course.
